Returns & Exchanges Process

Please follow these steps to request a return or exchange:

  1. Contact Us: Initiate your return or exchange within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing us at [email protected]. Include your order number and reason for return.
  2. Wait for Instructions: Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with further instructions and a return authorization number if applicable.
  3. Pack the Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging, if possible. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip.
  4. Ship the Package: Mail the package to the address provided by our team. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
  5. Inspection and Processing: Once we receive the returned items, we will inspect them and process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.

Refund Timeline and Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): 5-10 business days after processing.
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing.

Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

Non-Returnable Items

To ensure the health and viability of our products, the following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Live plants (e.g., Actaea, Agastache, Allium, Alocasia & Colocasia, Amsonia, Anemone, Aquilegia, Aralia, Aronia, Artemesia)
  • Fruit trees (e.g., Apple, Apricot)
  • Annual Plants and Seeds (e.g., Annual Flower Mix, Annual Seeds, Annuals)
  • Antique items
  • Products related to Animal and Pest Control

These exceptions are due to the perishable and sensitive nature of plants and garden-related products, which may be affected during transit.
